Puma is lightening up Deviate with the upcoming PUMA Deviate Pure Nitro “White/Red.” Dropping on June 4, 2026, the shoe will launch at select retailers and directly from Puma.com in unisex sizing for $150 USD.
Less is more with this iteration. Puma strips the PWRPLATE out of the original Deviate Nitro, allowing the full NITROFOAM midsole to dictate the ride. Without the plate compressing that foam, expect a softer and slightly more forgiving feel underfoot.
Speaking of, the weight savings plays into that vibe as well. Weighing in at 220 grams, the Deviate Pure Nitro is 30 grams lighter than its plated cousin. A noticeable difference that doesn’t stray from Puma’s cushioning-centric platform.
White dominates the upper here, with red accents popping here and there throughout the shoe. It’s a clean look that allows all that tech talk to shine.
The PUMA Deviate Pure Nitro “White/Red” adds a lighter, more pliable Deviate to your Summer 2026 shoe rotation. Same old NITROFOAM cushioning, minus the PWRPLATE, and retailing at $150.
